EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful and effective technique that helps us navigate through areas where we feel stuck. This evidence-based therapy uses bilateral brain stimulation to encourage the growth of new neural networks, aiding in healing and personal transformation. While EMDR was initially developed to treat trauma, it has also been found effective in enhancing peak performance.

Our experiences are interconnected in our brains, bodies, and nervous systems, forming what we call "neural networks." This natural process can sometimes make it challenging to move beyond certain events in our lives. Through EMDR, we can process past memories that still impact our present, allowing us to create new, adaptive neural networks. This process not only helps us heal but can literally change the brain, fostering resilience and growth.

Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy with Ketamine

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a unique and transformative approach that combines the therapeutic benefits of ketamine, a psychedelic medicine, with guided psychotherapy. This treatment can be especially helpful for those who have been on a healing journey for a while but feel like they’ve reached a plateau. KAP helps access deeper layers of the mind that may be beyond the reach of traditional verbal and cognitive therapies, providing a new pathway for healing and growth.

In a KAP course of treatment, we begin with a few sessions of intention setting and thoughtful preparation, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. During the ketamine experience, I am there by your side to support you. Afterwards, we engage in a few sessions of non-judgmental and creative integration work, where we explore the meanings of your experience and how they can inform positive changes in your life. By accessing these deeper states of consciousness, KAP allows us to uncover and address unresolved issues, fostering profound shifts in perspective and emotional well-being.

For those who may have experimented with other psychedelics on their own (psilocybin, LSD, ayahuasca, etc.), I am available to provide psychedelic integration work.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet powerful therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness, often referred to as a trance. During a hypnotherapy session, I guide you into a deeply relaxed state, where your conscious mind becomes less active and your subconscious mind more receptive. In this state, we can work together to uncover the root causes of your challenges, release limiting beliefs, and introduce new, empowering patterns of thinking and feeling. Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective way to promote healing, self-discovery, and personal growth, helping you align more closely with your true self and live a more fulfilling life.
